It has superb views over the valley, to the Sierra Bernia mountains beyond and sea views to Javea bay, in the distance.

On the main level, there is an open plan living room and kitchen area, taking advantage of the stunning views and allowing access through glass doors, to the pool area. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine installed. The lounge/dining area, has aircon with hot/cold inverter, gas under floor heating, fibre wi-fi & TV, with a cloakroom off the lounge.

To the front, there is a lovely balcony, providing superb views. Great for taking in amazing sunsets !

The villa has modern fitments; with air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge. Private pool, barbecue area and hot/cold poolside shower outside. It also features a remotely operated entrance gate and garage door, with good storage in the garage.

In addition to the private pool, clients can enjoy use of an adjacent 11 x 5 metre pool, along with a child’s paddling pool.
