A beautiful, 5 bedroom holiday villa, with stunning views, over Denia bay. Features a private, 14 x 7 metre pool, heated Jacuzzi, covered BBQ, bar/dining area, gazebo, outdoor shower. Large, modern, full air-co, comfortable villa, with cinema/billiard room, therefore make this a truly unique vacation experience.

Villa Facilities
The villa, is located, 2km from the town centre and 500m from the sea and in an affluent quiet neighbourhood, the 4,000 sqm property is entirely fenced in, with mature trees and an extensive garden. Remote control gates, at the entrance, lead to a spacious, private parking area. Consequently, the villa is very private. The 440 sq metre house, has two floors. The ground floor, consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms; a cinema/gaming room with a full-size billiard table; an office; and a laundry room. The first floor, has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite); a large open kitchen, dining room and living room that opens up to a balcony and a terrace with additional dining areas.

There are spectacular, panoramic views, from the balcony, over the Denia peninsula. The entire house is air-conditioned and/or heated, with individually controlled settings in each room. There are 2 king size beds, 1 queen size and 4 single beds. Furthermore, a cot is available.

A vast, private, outdoor area, with a large swimming pool (14 x 7m), paddling pool for children, jacuzzi for 6 people, double gazebo (ideal for siestas or sleeping al fresco), and a covered BBQ, bar and dining area, will no doubt be the centre-piece, for many memorable experiences, in this wonderful holiday villa.

High-speed 4G wifi internet. In addition, the furnishings are very comfortable and of a high standard. The holiday villa is child-friendly, as well as pet-friendly. However, please no smoking in the house, since our guests appreciate this. All rooms are accessible, except the office on the ground floor.

Guest services
Your hosts will be more than happy to help and advise you. There is also a comprehensive welcome kit and guide book with recommendations for restaurants, tapas bars, recreational activities, sight-seeing and shopping tips. All guests, receive a complimentary welcome pack, of groceries and refreshments. The villa has lovely quality, bed linen and towels supplied, as a result, it feels like ‘home from home’.

The Area
The old town of Denia, dominated by its 1,000-year-old castle and narrow streets is the closest you can get to ‘old Spain.’ You can enjoy all types of restaurants and tapas bars. Several yacht marinas, surely the finest in the area, accentuate the town’s focus on the sea. http://marinadedenia.com/
